Sorry to inform those Wolves anxiously awaiting my return to the library, but I'm out sick for a few days.  After 24 hours of watching reruns of Ghost Hunters and Cold Case Files and grazing on everything from canned grapefruits to cupcakes, I realize it's time to refocus my energy before I am unable to fit through the door! So, I'm taking a few hours to update ya'll on my reading of late.  For those of you vampire fans (you know who you are), I got a juicy galley, or before-you-can buy it in stores copy of the second Vampire Academy--Frostbite, and so far every word of it has been so yummy I'm not even tempted to tune into the 7:00 rerun of Shallow Hal.  Can't give you the full review yet, but it's coming!

Since this is a new website, with some of the old bells and whistles, but I hope far improved, I must delete my old blogs and begin anew.  This marks my sixth month as the librarian at WOMS.  Coming from a high school background, I was a little nervous that I may not be able to relate to our WOMS students.  However, I have found the opposite.  I am amazed at how much students here read!  I am enjoying my job much more than I ever had.  And...I am kept on my toes by requests for more and more, "good books."  So...what am I reading now?
